With those four services, they also sell products, ranging from Coating Powders to Natural Products.
Caplinq's core business is the Order Fulfillment; that means, simply said, that Caplinq offers small, foreign companies, who work with specialty chemicals, that want to sell their service/product in Europe, but do not know how. So Caplinq helps them with breaking into the European market, without them having to set up a European entity.
Caplinq is not the only one who offers these products and services.
But, Caplinq is one of the few that sells all these products, from Solder Spheres to Specialty Tapes. For the competition analyses I made, I found out that the other companies who sell the tapes, only sell the tapes and nothing more. The same goes for the solder spheres, the companies that I found were only selling Solder Spheres and nothing else with it. So Caplinq is quite unique in that.
REACH OR is something that multiple businesses offer for their customers. Caplinq is new in the REACH OR service so they do not have that many customers for that yet, but are doing a great job getting new customers!
